APEL (Advanced Prior Experiential Learning) provides an opportunity for individual with working experience but lack of formal academic qualifications to pursue their studies in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
APEL.Q (Qualifying)
If you have job experience but lack traditional academic credentials, you can use them to qualify for the institution programmes through APEL.Q. We evaluate your real-world experiences for extra credits, helping you graduate sooner and achieve your goals.

PROGRAMME
Who is eligible for APEL.A?
International student that possess relevant work experience.
ENTRY REQUIREMENT FOR:
1. Programme at Master’s Level (by Coursework)
– at least 30 years of age in the year of application;
– possess at least Diploma/equivalent qualifications
2. Programme at PhD’s Level (by Coursework)
– at least 35 years of age in the year of application;
– possess at least Degree/equivalent qualifications
What is the purpose of APEL.C?
APEL.C helps you fast-track your studies and graduate earlier. You can apply for relevant informal and non-formal experiences to be evaluated for extra credit through APEL.C assessment.
What is the maximum percentage of credit transfer through APEL.C?
The maximum percentage of credit transfer through APEL.C is 30% of the total graduating credits of a specific programme of study.
